Herbs and Natural Vitamins
Some prescription medications can make us gain weight, for example: Anti-Depressants tend to put on the pounds. Let us know if you have tried any natural herbs or vitamins, and how did they work? Did they make you gain weight,etc. What about the herbs ginkgo biloba and St. Johns Wort? Anyone tried those for depression?

Exercise
Exercise is one of the best ways to beat depression and weight gain, tell us what your doing or not doing as far as staying physical fit. Tell us about your sport, aerobics, pilates, swimming, jogging, biking, running, etc. We want to know.
