I don't know if it is just a plabeco (did I spell that right?) you know how when they do clinical runs on medications, they will put some people on the real thing and someone candy look alikes, and just because you think you are taking it, you think it's working.
But I have fought depression since I was 6, and my stress levels in my past 6 years are so high that I scare myself, I take ativan to help me calm down a bit and slow my mind down, I take zopiclone to sleep and effexor for depression.
I started taking the CONFIANZA a few days ago and I actually feel calm right now and that isn't normal, so what ever it is I like it. I am not going to go off my meds mind you but I actually feel calm......*sigh* I hope it keeps up too, I will let you know
